Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or supersedes any obligation or right established by New York Insurance Law, DFS regulations, or any other applicable law or regulation governing the conduct of licensed public adjusters in New York State.

To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and applicable law or regulation, applicable law and regulation shall govern.
